Shipping Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations within Pakistan.

To ensure smooth delivery:

  • Please provide a valid phone number and complete shipping address.
  • Our courier partner may contact you to confirm your order before delivery.
  • Orders refused without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing tracking details (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Unavailable recipient
  • Unreachable contact number

the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide:

  • Clear photos of the package and product(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
